  • Cost for fertility treatment varies, depending on a variety of factors (what treatment is recommended for you, how much medication you will need, whether insurance covers a portion of treatment, etc.). As you navigate through testing appointments, you are welcome to inquire about the cost of your tests. Once a fertility treatment plan is established by your RBA physician, you will be set up for a one-on-one financial consult to review Insurance coverage for treatment, individual treatment costs, financing options, and more. Our Financial Counselors will work closely with you to help you utilize your maximum insurance benefits.

  • Contact your insurance provider to identify if you have diagnostic coverage for fertility services. If so, you will be responsible for your copay, coinsurance or deductible.

    Once you have been scheduled as a new patient at RBA, our Billing Specialists will verify your insurance benefits in order to correctly file claims for future services at our practice.

We are contracted with most major insurance providers in Georgia. Once your treatment plan has been determined, a dedicated financial counselor will explain your insurance benefits and help you have a full understanding of the cost of your upcoming treatment cycle.

Is fertility testing and treatment covered by insurance plans in the state of Georgia?

In Georgia, like many states, coverage for fertility testing and treatment is based on insurance carriers and individual plans. Infertility testing and diagnosis are generally covered, while fertility treatments such as IVF and egg freezing are not always reimbursed by insurance. Some employers have elected to cover the cost of fertility treatment, so be sure to check with your HR department.
